The trainers are so professional and supportive. They customize your program and go at your pace. The small group training along with the cardio classes give a nice balance of strength training and aerobic exercise. I feel like I am stronger, move better and overall healthier. The trainers are fabulous: knowledgeable, helpful, encouraging and supportive. My fellow members, many of who have been members for many years, are welcoming, friendly, engaging and inclusive.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. By far the best experience I’ve ever had. Typically I’m afraid to step into a gym because of my knee and pain issues. Not to mention other trainers I’ve had are too rough with me at my age.

Not here! They met me where I’m at from my initial phone call with Marty. My workout is customized to not p-off my knees and I felt better and more energetic after the first couple months.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After being diagnosed with Osteoporosis a few years ago, I vowed that I would do whatever was in my power to become healthier. In addition to the medications I am now on, I joined Active Life Fitness to become more active and build muscle. I am happy to say that after 2 years my bone density test indicates that my numbers are significantly improving! While I am still considered Osteoporotic the numbers are definitely headed in the right direction. Thank you ALF for the discipline and routine in keeping me healthy 😀
