Stop for a moment, close your eyes, and envision what you want to look and feel like one year from today.  If that vision is how you look and feel now then congratulations; you probably eat well, exercise, go to the doctor on a regular basis, and live a healthy lifestyle.  If your vision looks different from your reality, if you have been unhappy with yourself, and if you have had the same goals for years but have never achieved them, then this is meant for you. 
We understand how overwhelming it can be to make the necessary lifestyle changes in order to look and feel better, especially with all of the confusing and conflicting information out there.  We have an idea that may work for you and seem less daunting.  If you can make one change every week, for a year, you will have made 52 changes that will ultimately change your life
So starting today, we are going to suggest one change to make every week.  These changes will become habits that will lead you to the life you want to lead; a healthy life where you look and feel your best. 
 One of my favorite quotes sums this up nicely:
Your beliefs become your thoughts

Your thoughts become your words

Words become your actions

Actions become your habits

Habits become your values

Values become your destiny

What is your destiny?  What do you value?  Do you value your life?  Do you value your health? 
What do you want to look and feel like on October 5, 2016?  The answer is in your hands.
Week 1:   Eat a big green salad (not just iceberg lettuce) with lots of veggies every day at either lunch or dinner.  Add beans for carbohydrate and chicken, salmon, tuna, or eggs for protein.  Be smart about the type and amount of dressing.
